How Do I Return or Exchange an Order?
You can follow the steps below to make a return or exchange:
(1) Contact customer service email email@example.com
(2) Fill in the return information in the Customer Service Email,and we will give you our return warehouse address.
(3) Pack the product, contact the delivery company to arrange the return.
(4) We will confirm the parcel immediately after we receive the return.
*Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address that provided by our customer service is available only! Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.

- Returns of products purchased on curveshine.com must be made within 30 days of placing the order. We require that all returned items be in new condition in the original packaging with the original tags still attached. Your return must be postmarked within 7 days after return request approval.
- The refund would be back to the customer's payment account in 3-7 business days once the return parcel is received and checked.
- To begin your exchange, submit your specific item information you want to exchange in the email email@example.com
